News:
Gackt, the 44 year old heartthrob will be playing an 18 year old in a yaoi comedy live action film ‘tonde saitama’ alongside actress Fumi Nikaidou, who is being cast as a male actor. Yes, she is going to cross dress. I hope it’s convincing. This will be her first time playing a male role as well, so good luck.
Namie Amuro is collaborating with H&M for a special summer clothing collection for women. It will be released on April 25th.
Juice=Juice have released two new music videos for their double single, ‘sexy sexy/vivid midnight.’ This is their 10th major single, and the first single with their first member change. They’ve gained two new members, Ruru Danbara and Nanami Yanagawa, who is also a member of Country Girls.
The lead single ‘Sexy Sexy’ was composed and written by Tsunku while ‘Vivid Midnight’ was written by Ameko Kodama, who is a longtime collaborator with H!P, while the composition was handled by a South Korean producer SEION, who has worked with the likes of Apink, CLC and Girl’s Day. This is her first foray into J-Pop.
Wanna One will be holding their first solo concert at the Gocheok Sky Dome in June. They’re also embarking on a world tour this summer as well as coming to KCON NY. The sky dome concert will be three consecutive days from the 1st-3rd. the dome can hold up to 15,000 people.
G-Friend will be making their Japanese debut on May 23rd, congratulations to my babies! The actual press conference and showcase will take place on the 28th at the Alta Theatre in Shinjuku, Japan.
The girls are currently learning Japanese so that they can answer press questions and they’ll be singing at least three songs at the showcase.
