It’s been awhile since I’ve done this segment…lots of segments actually. I don’t have set days off anymore and I go to bed at like 8:30 now because I get up at 3:00 to go to work.
Yeah. Sorry about that.
Anywho, let’s get to the indie, which is what you’re here for, right?
First up is SHOKO, with “World’s End,” which was filmed in World’s End, Chelsea, London back in 2014. It’s simple, sweet, soft, and has a retro vibe.
This is from her first album, “A Love Letter To London,” and it will be released on October, 7th!
Next up is A.F.R.O with their latest single, “始めの一歩.” The instrumental is amazing. When the first guy started rapping I was skeptical at first, but I really like it.
The second rapper however…I hope he changes his rap style because that was weird and unnecessary.
The singing is all around amazing, I don’t want them to change that whatsoever.
This song is not only being released as a stand alone single, but has also appeared on the band’s 3rd album, “7th.” The single will have two new tracks, and will be released on October 9th!
And last but not least, just because I can’t resist them, is Awesome City Club‘s “Gold.”
This is from their 2nd album, “Awesome City Tracks 2,” which was released on September 16th!
That’s it! Thanks for reading! If you like J-Indie, make sure to keep following for more!
